- Seeing the Costa Rican Rain Forest from Above! 25 January, 2012 We visited Costa Rica last year during the summer months and were delighted with the warm weather. It was about 80 degrees every day and I got a great tan. It wasn’t too hot like it is in some other tropical locations. We stayed at the Hotel Costa Rica San Jose and were so happy with the service we got there. Every morning when we woke up the maid came into our room and cooked us breakfast in the little kitchen that is in the room. She would also come around in the evening and pick up our laundry and have it ready for us by the evening or the morning.
- Visiting National Parks in Costa Rica on Our Vacation 21 January, 2012 We my husband and I visited Costa Rica, we stayed at the lovely Hotel Costa Rica San Jose. On our first morning we were surprised with a complimentary breakfast. The maid came into our room and asked us what we wanted to eat. We had some delicious Costa Rican style food that was sort of like an omelet. She then made sure we had everything we needed to get started on our first full day in Costa Rica.
- Where to Stay in Costa Rica? The Hotel Costa Rica San Jose! 17 January, 2012 We stayed at the Hotel Costa Rica San Jose condo when we visited Costa Rica last year. We were really pleased with the service we got there. When we woke up in the morning we had breakfast served to us and then the maid helped us get ready for our day. We spent our first day at the beach, our second day was to visit the VolcanArenal in the beautiful 74 degree weather, and on our way back from seeing the volcano the driver decided to take us to a really great place called Soda Tapia. This is a wonderful place to get ice cream, salads, milk shakes and so much more. They also have delicious sandwiches called Lorenzo Sandwiches. It was a really nice change from the other food we had tried and it was the perfect ending to our trip to the volcano. While we were there, we took a lot of pictures of the different foods and the locals who were there.
