The capital city of Costa Rica is San Jose offering fabulous nightlife for people who prefer the city than the beaches. On your Costa Rica vacation, explore the exciting bars and clubs. You will see that the dance clubs and studios are full-packed with lively people dancing to life Central American and international music. Some of the best theater shows are found in San Jose. For those who like to gamble, casinos are found in most of the major hotels in San Juan. The more popular games are 5-card poker and Black Jack. The casino atmosphere in San Juan is more casual, but there are fancier hotels which will require dressing up.
