We usually fill up 4 to 8 weeks in advance, so please book early.

The Costa Rica Condo Rates:

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly
Monday – Thursday: $89 per night
Friday & Saturday: $99 per night
Weekly (7 continuous days): $549
Monthly: $1,799

Our Security Deposit
We require $125 security deposit (cash) upon your arrival in Costa Rica.  This will be returned to you at check out.  If you have already paid a reservation deposit (see below), then you will only need to provide the additional fee when you arrive to cover your deposit.  The entire security deposit will be returned to you when you check out of the Costa Rica Condo. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid your reservation deposit, security deposit, and have received an email from the property director that you are confirmed.

Reservation Deposit
*** A 25% deposit is required to hold the Costa Rica Condo room, and payment for the room is DUE UPON ARRIVAL. Deposit can be paid via credit card or PayPal. Please note we do not accept credit cards or payments in Costa Rica. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid your reservation deposit, security deposit, and have received an email from the property director that you are confirmed.

Our Cancellation Policy
Provided that you notify us 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival in Costa Rica, your deposit will be credited towards any future dates that you are to visit with us. For a full refund, you must notify us 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival in Costa Rica.

Weekly Specials
Occasionally we have last-minute cancellations.  In such cases, we may offer weekly specials which you may inquire about within 48 hours of your arrival.
