Breakfast and Maid service

On-site Entertainment
We offer DVD’s and CD’s for use at the property. If you have an iPod, this Costa Rica property has been wired with a hign-end audio system which can also connect to any other audio player. The lodging has cable TV with nearly 100 channels (20 of those are in English) and also 40+ digital music stations for your listening.
Internet and Telephone inside the San Jose Lodging
High-Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in all areas of the lodging including the covered balcony. When you arrive, please ask the property manager for the access code to use this service. In addition we have a Skype phone available for your use. (You may also use Majic Jack). You can learn more by viewing our costa rica internet and communications page.
Safes and Keys for the Lodging
Each of the three bedrooms have keypad/key safety boxes which require a 3 to 8 digit code. When you arrive, someone on our staff can provide simple instructions to you for using the safe. View our safety and security page for more information.
Guests at the Costa Rica Condo
Of course, your guests are welcome on the property, however please make sure that your guests meet you downstairs in the lobby and that you escort them to and from the condo. This is for security purposes.
Downtown San Jose Parking
If you own a car, or plan on renting a car, you wil be provided with an on-premesis garage. Your parking space will be located inside the building, with access control by a security gurard 24 hours a day.
Our Security Deposit
We require $300 security deposit (cash) upon check-in. This will be returned to you at check out.
Our Cancellation Policy
Provided that you notify us 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your full deposit will be credited towards any future dates that you are to visit with us.
Weekly Specials
Occasionally we have last-minute cancellations. In such cases, we may offer weekly specials which you may inquire about within 48 hours of your arrival.
