Personal Safes and Keys For GuestsEach of the three bedrooms have keypad/key safety boxes which require a 3 to 8 digit code.  When you arrive, someone on our staff can provide simple instructions to you for using the safe.
 
Personal Guests at Hotel Costa RicaOf course, your guests are welcome on the property. However, please make sure that your guests meet you downstairs in the lobby and that you escort them to and from the condo.  This is for security purposes while staying at the property.
 
Downtown San Jose ParkingIf you own a car or plan on renting a car, you will be provided with a parking space in the garage on the premise.  Your parking space will be located inside the building, with access controlled by a security guard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
